Job Summary
Document, package, and transport environmental samples (water, soil, and air) to and from the Elmhurst service center and University Park laboratory using a company vehicle. Assist with sample login, disposal, bottle kit preparation, and cleaning while lifting coolers up to 50 lbs. Complete assignment documents and enforce company health and safety policies. Operate a motor vehicle following GPS directions and technical instructions. This full-time day shift role includes on-call overtime, starting at $17.75 per hour. A valid driver's license and ability to work independently are required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A valid state issued driver's license to drive delivery vehicles
- Must be able to operate a motor vehicle
- Ability to lift coolers packed with ice (50 lbs)
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
- Professional working proficiency in English
- Ability to read, write and speak in English
- Full-time position Monday - Friday day shift
- Availability for overtime as needed
