Job Summary
Greet customers, process sales transactions involving cash, credit, or financial aid, and operate cash registers to ensure speed and accuracy. Maintain a fresh store environment by shelving, arranging, cleaning, and organizing products, while performing routine housekeeping tasks like dusting, mopping, and trash removal. Support store operations by moving between departments and lifting items up to 20 lbs as needed. Temporary positions require availability for a 90-day period with occasional weekends and flexibility for opening, midday, or closing shifts. Daily pay, paid sick time, and an employee discount are available to all store employees. Candidates must be at least 16 years old with basic math and keyboarding skills.
Required Qualifications
- Candidates must be a minimum of 16 years of age to be considered for employment.
- Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience.
- An outstanding attitude with the willingness to learn and the capability to excel in a fast-paced, team environment.
- Basic math, keyboarding, and data entry skills.
- Flexible availability throughout the academic year including peak periods.
- Positions may require confirmation of vaccination.
- The use of face masks throughout the day and while on campus may also be expected or required.
