Job Summary
Pick up samples from clients between 10:30 am and 3:30 pm and follow assigned pickup and delivery routes while adhering to traffic regulations and company policies. Prepare and ship all daily packages requiring laboratory testing on-time, performing general data input and assisting with sample management whenever necessary. Serve as a professional customer representative, reporting job and customer conditions immediately to the manager. Work part-time hours on Tuesdays and Fridays, lifting approximately 50 lbs and maintaining confidentiality in a GMP/GLP environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Fluency in English
- Valid Driver's license
- Good driving record
- Punctuality
- Ability to lift approximately 50 lbs
- Ability to work in GMP/GLP environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- An excellent ability to keep calm under pressure and stay focused to successfully fulfill responsibilities
- Ability to skillfully adapt to changing demands
- Ability to communicate effectively, eloquently, and diplomatically with diverse clients and team members
- Ability to work efficiently and independently and with a team
- Ability to dress, communicate, and represent ARL professionally
- Must be available for 10:30 am to 3:30 pm every Tuesday and Friday
