Job Summary
Licensed therapists in Virginia (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) to join LifeStance Health in Leesburg with outpatient services in-person and via telehealth. Full-time W-2 roles with minimum 3 days in-office, sign-on bonus and annual income potential of $100,000 to $112,000+, plus benefits and a productivity-based compensation model. Responsibilities include providing therapy to adults and/or children/adolescents, leveraging EHRs (Doxy, VSee) and telehealth platforms, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team in a private-practice style outpatient setting.
