Job Summary
Senior FP&A role within Coupang's Tech Finance (IT&IS Finance) to support engineering decision-making and technology investments. Key responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis; creating and managing management reporting tools; partnering with Product, Engineering, Procurement, Finance and Accounting to track metrics and monitor performance; conducting deep-dive, data-driven analyses to guide senior leadership decisions; and building insights that help shape governance for software and hardware costs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in management or finance (preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis in a technology-focused organization
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with non-financial leaders in technology
- Experience with MS-Office suites (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and SAP
- Business level English proficiency
