Job Summary
Conduct financial planning, analysis, and strategic resource allocation across core teams including corporate development, logistics, rocket growth, play finance, and fulfillment services. Search, evaluate, and secure external opportunities to identify new customer pain points while managing annual and long-term business planning. Provide transparency to business leaders through weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews, analyze variance to forecasts, and support investor relations communications. Deliver data-driven recommendations to enhance profitability and capital efficiency for strategic decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- MBA graduates
- a minimum of 3 years of experience in finance, operations, business development/management, strategy development etc.
- Solid team player; work cooperatively and effectively in a team environment
- Strong consultative / analytical / problem solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal / communication skills
- Self motivated, reliable, passionate, and can keep to deadlines
