Job Summary
Analyze payment failures and operational issues by collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve root causes. Validate data integrity for sales, cancellations, refunds, and deductions while managing fee policies, payment cycles, and merchant categorization based on card issuer changes. Execute fund disbursement operations for merchants and partners, overseeing contract standards and payment processing. Support the fintech new business's financial, accounting, and CS functions to drive process improvements. This role requires 5+ years of payment settlement experience and strong collaboration skills within a dynamic fintech environment.
Required Qualifications
- 5년 이상의 결제·정산(가맹점 정산, 수수료, 대사 등) 실무 경험
- 핀테크/결제 서비스에 대한 구조적 이해
- 다양한 유관부서와의 원활한 협업 및 커뮤니케이션 능력
- 초기 단계 환경에서 주도적으로 업무를 정리하고 실행할 수 있는 능력
- 책임감 있고 꼼꼼하게 업무를 수행할 수 있는 능력
Desired Qualifications
- 회계 관련 지식 및 자격증 보유
- 간편결제, PG, 플랫폼 등에서 결제·정산 운영 경험
- 오프라인 / 온라인 플랫폼 또는 결제 분야에서의 신사업 또는 신규 서비스 런칭 경험
- 컴퓨터 활용능력(Excel 기반 정산·데이터 관리 등) 중급 이상
