Job Summary
Conduct regular on-site safety and health compliance audits across all CLS business sites to evaluate legal adherence, operational process effectiveness, and risk control levels. Analyze audit findings, compliance data, and KPIs to identify recurring issues, root causes, and structural risks, then propose actionable improvement plans. Deliver clear, persuasive reports on major findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders while collaborating on execution. Enhance the sustainability of the compliance monitoring system and risk-based inspection processes to continuously elevate the organization's overall safety and health standards.
Required Qualifications
- Safety, compliance, audit, risk management, or related field with approximately 5-7 years of practical experience
- Experience performing on-site plant inspections, checks, or compliance evaluations
- Excellent analytical capability to identify risks and derive improvement insights through data analysis
- Effective report writing and communication skills targeting management and stakeholders
- Strong proficiency in using programs such as MS-Excel, PPT, Power BI, and Dashboard, with strengths in data management
- High interest in performing on-site inspection work
- Ability to handle regular business travel
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in compliance audit, internal audit, risk management, or responding to regulatory agency inspections
- Experience analyzing root causes of compliance issues and proposing sustainable improvement plans
- Experience collaborating with various stakeholders to drive organizational change
- Understanding of domestic safety and health regulations such as the Major Accident Punishment Act and the Industrial Safety and Health Act
- Passion for contributing to safety and health level improvements through data-driven decision-making and Best Practice application
- No difficulty in using English
