Job Summary
Manage fashion category sales for Rocket Gross and Seller Flex by identifying high-potential partners from department stores and outlet chains, then registering products and overseeing inventory, shipping, and return operations. Drive category growth by monitoring weekly and monthly sales performance, analyzing market trends to propose new business models, and collaborating with product management to automate systems and streamline entry processes. Lead performance reviews to maximize revenue and optimize stock levels while maintaining rigorous timelines for all operational tasks.
Required Qualifications
- 8년 이상 세일즈 관련 경력
- 전문 학사 학위 이상
- 백화점, 아울렛 등 유통점에서 패션 브랜드 세일즈 역량과 성공 경험
- 성과 지향적인 조직에서 개인 성과 KPI 기반으로 업무한 경험
- 상위 랭킹을 지속적으로 유지하며, 세일즈 역량에 대해 입증한 경험
- 문제의 원인 파악과 분석, 수행까지 전과정을 스스로 주도하며 타임라인을 설정하여 업무에 임하여, 조직 전반에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 수 있는 능력
- 새로운 브랜드 및 셀러를 모집하고 어려운 환경에서 새로운 것을 개척하고 성공을 거둔 경험
- 외근 및 출장에 어려움이 없는 능력

- WMS 출고 및 운영 경험
