Job Summary
Manage Quickflex transport partner accounts and oversee daily delivery operations to achieve PDD targets. Monitor route-specific shipping status, respond to urgent gaps, and generate reports for headquarters and local sites. Establish operational direction and execution plans for Quickflex operations. Handle account management for contracted carriers, manage delivery services and processes, and collect issues with improvement proposals. Requires weekend-inclusive 5-day schedule with mandatory night shifts. Must have at least two years in logistics operations, sales management, or delivery monitoring.
Required Qualifications
- 최소 2 년 이상의 물류 운영 또는 영업관리 또는 배송 관제 업무 경험
- OA 활용 능력 (Excel, Google Sheet, ERP 등)
- 주말 포함 주 5 일 근무 및 야간 근무 가능
- PDD(Plan Delivery Day) 달성을 위한 운송 파트너사 운영 및 관리 능력
- 일/주/월 단위 배송 관제 능력
- 노선별 배송 상황 모니터링 및 긴급 공백 대응 능력
- 운영 리포트 작성 및 본사/현지 공유 능력
- 운영 방향성 및 실행계획 수립 능력
- 계약된 운송사 Account Management 능력
- 배송 서비스 및 프로세스 관리 능력
- 이슈 수집 및 개선안 제안 능력

- 중국어 (대만) 또는 영어 커뮤니케이션 능력
