Coupa Regional Support Specialist and Training

Job Summary
Conduct regional support and leadership for the Coupa S2P environment, managing integration with SAP, Mincom Ellipse, Boomi, and Power BI. Develop business cases for new sites, coordinate with the Coupa Change Control Board, and oversee change management for quarterly releases. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert by analyzing KPIs, mitigating release risks, and resolving platform issues across Glencore sites. Deliver structured training programs, maintain functional design documentation, and drive automated testing processes to maximize platform value. Represent regional requirements in cross-functional working groups and ensure compliance with global procurement standards and audits.
Required Qualifications
- Business or Information Technology Related Degree or Diploma
- Minimum 5 years of significant practical experience in an S2P environment managing the delivery of value to the business
- Comprehensive understanding of the Coupa Source to Pay Platform and associated ERP's, such as, SAP ECC, SAP S4HANA, and others
- Demonstrable familiarity with Systems Analytics and Reporting tools such as Power BI
- Customer focused; business oriented mindset
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Emphasis on interpersonal, team building and change management
- Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Comfortable to travel to Glencore sites regionally as required
