Job Summary
Coupa Integration Engineer responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integrations between Coupa BSM and enterprise systems. Build integrations using Coupa Integration Cloud, Coupa Open APIs, and middleware such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or Workato. Implement supplier onboarding integrations, data flows for supplier master, contracts, and catalog data, and integrations supporting requisition, purchase order, invoice, and payment processes. Ensure data synchronization for chart-of-accounts, expense categories, and lookup data; synchronize users, roles, and approval hierarchies with identity systems. Design robust error handling, retry, reconciliation, and security (OAuth, SSO, certificates) for integration flows; optimize performance for high-volume scenarios. Contribute to release planning, testing, and platform upgrades; collaborate with procurement, finance, and IT stakeholders. Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and provide production support with durable fixes; stay current with Coupa releases and platform evolution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Five or more years of integration engineering experience
- Hands-on experience integrating Coupa with enterprise systems
- Strong understanding of Coupa Integration Cloud and Coupa Open APIs
- Experience with MuleSoft, Boomi, or Workato
- Strong understanding of source-to-pay and procure-to-pay processes
- Solid SQL and data transformation skills
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, and integration security
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
