Job Summary
Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Coupa BSM and enterprise systems (ERP, finance, payroll, supplier networks) using Coupa Integration Cloud, Coupa Open APIs, and middleware such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or Workato; implement supplier onboarding data flows, data synchronization (GL/COA, expense categories, lookup data), and synchronization of user/roles/approval hierarchies; ensure secure integration with OAuth, SSO, and certificate-based authentication; optimize performance for high-volume scenarios; participate in release planning, testing, and platform upgrades; maintain architecture diagrams, runbooks, and operational procedures; collaborate with procurement, finance, and IT stakeholders and provide production support and ongoing improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Five or more years of integration engineering experience
- Hands-on experience integrating Coupa with enterprise systems
- Strong understanding of Coupa Integration Cloud and Coupa Open APIs
- Experience with at least one major iPaaS such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or Workato
- Strong understanding of source-to-pay and procure-to-pay processes
- Solid SQL and data transformation skills
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, and integration security
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
