Job Summary
Lead Coupa implementation projects by serving as the subject matter expert on technical architecture, guiding system configuration, integration, and customization. Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into Coupa solutions that drive efficiency, while designing integrations with enterprise systems like ERP and financial platforms. Manage data governance practices to ensure accuracy, develop training materials for end-users, and diagnose technical issues to maximize platform capabilities. Maintain comprehensive documentation of all configurations and customizations throughout the engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in implementing and configuring Coupa software
- Knowledge of procurement processes and spend management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in cloud-based procurement solutions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects
- Ability to cope in a complex and fast-changing business environment and to respond calmly and rationally to changing aspirations in a deadline-driven situation
- Works independently on complex processes and modules that may be used by one or more programs or systems
- Strong planning and organizing skills including the ability to manage several work streams simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills with a capacity to present, discuss and explain issues coherently and logically both in writing and verbally
- Good influencing and persuasion skills with the ability to enthuse and inspire multidisciplinary teams and build successful relationships at all levels
- Good team player, self-motivated and able to work on own initiative
- Clear decision-making ability with the facility to judge complex situations and assess when to escalate issues
- Strong educational background from reputed engineering and management schools
- Hybrid Mode with base location in Bengaluru, Karnataka, this is not a remote role
Desired Qualifications
- Relevant Coupa certifications are a plus
- Certification such as CSCP, CPM, SPSM is a plus
