Job Summary
Provide excellent customer service, perform quality assurance checks, and rotate and merchandise products while controlling shrink. Ensure stock levels, inventory, and cleanliness on the selling floor and backroom by following all safety policies and operational procedures. Promote sales and support established programs while maintaining a safe work environment. This role requires basic math skills, the ability to read safety manuals, and may require forklift training. No supervisory responsibilities are assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers and associates
- Basic math concepts (addition, subtraction, division, multiplication)
- Forklift/Power Industrial Truck Training
- Slip resistant shoes with closed toe and heel
