Job Summary

The County Market Bookkeeper is responsible for daily store office procedures with a high level of accuracy, honesty, and integrity. Duties include bookkeeping tasks for company assets, safe funds handling, daily tills balancing, and deposits (including Solutran deposits) while maintaining and balancing the Tidel system/equipment. The role also supports customer service duties during busy times, assists cashiers at registers or the Customer Service Desk, handles phone inquiries with proper etiquette, and troubleshoots software/hardware issues. Adherence to company programs, policies, and safety procedures is required, with additional duties as assigned. Key skills include customer service, communication, money handling, honesty/integrity, detailed organization, math and computer skills, and proficiency with a 10-key calculator. The position requires a high school diploma or GED; no certificates/licenses are required.
