Job Summary
Provide excellent customer service, ensure product knowledge, and rotate merchandise while controlling shrink and maintaining safety standards. Perform basic baking duties, package and label products per NFI standards, and conduct quality assurance checks. Manage daily operational procedures to maintain stock levels, inventory, and cleanliness, and promote sales through samples. Clean floors, ovens, counters, and wash dishes while following all health code, safety, and store policies. Requires Food Handler's Certification and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Food Handler's Certification as required by State Law
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or associates
- Basic math concepts (addition, subtraction, division, multiplication)
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 15 pounds
