Job Summary

Oversee county services and implement organizational strategies to ensure financial sustainability and high-quality behavioral health outcomes. Directly supervise staff, recruit care providers, and develop annual budgets while analyzing financial performance to drive revenue growth and cost savings. Monitor operational efficiency, maintain policy compliance, and manage physical assets including vendor relationships and maintenance requests. Collaborate with the regional director to enhance client satisfaction and mitigate health disparities through data-driven decision-making. Regularly review client satisfaction scores and develop improvement plans while fostering a culture of integrity and compassion among team members.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Three years of experience as a leader in a healthcare setting
  • Previous supervisory experience
  • Previous budgeting experience
  • Experience working in the behavioral health field
  • Working knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations
  • Ability to analyze a monthly financial statement and prepare detailed budgets and operating forecasts
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive, innovative approach to problem solving
  • Ability to present ideas in clear, concise, understandable, and organized manner
  • Ability to work independently as a project leader and team member
  • Ability to relate well with others even while working at a distance or remotely
  • Ability to work in an efficient manner with a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and follow through
  • Excellent time management and general organization skills
  • Proficient computer skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, e-mail systems, and web-based programs
  • Experience working within Electronic Health Record systems
  • 25% travel in the field supporting client care and county operations, or more as needed

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in social work, education, counseling, psychology, or another related field
  • LSW/LPC, LISW/LPCC/PhD/IMFT licensure or degree
