Job Summary
Develop and implement sales strategies for industry, food retail, and service sectors across the Swiss market. Conduct market and competitor analyses to identify new business opportunities while leading, developing, and managing a five-person sales team. Manage key accounts, build long-term client relationships, and negotiate national and international framework contracts. Support strategic special projects and utilize Salesforce for sales process analysis and reporting. Represent the company at trade shows and marketing initiatives. Requires a technical or business degree, extensive sales experience, and fluency in German, English, and French.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes ingenieurstechnisches oder wirtschaftliches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Vertrieb und in der Geschäftsentwicklung
- Erste Führungsverantwortung
- Branchenkenntnisse sowie technisches Verständnis im Bereich HVAC
- Starke Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten in Deutsch, Englisch und Französisch
- Arbeitserfahrung in der Schweiz
