Job Summary
Drive sales performance across Trauma, Emergency Medicine, and Vascular portfolios by managing a team of Sales Representatives and Clinical Specialists in acute care hospital markets. Lead regional performance through field visits, coaching, and mentorship while maintaining full P&L responsibility for Canada. Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive product adoption, navigate complex sales cycles, and cultivate relationships with key hospital stakeholders. Partner with Corporate Accounts on contracting initiatives, deliver accurate forecasts, and manage resources. Interview, recruit, and onboard top sales talent to support succession planning. Conduct regular regional meetings to align teams and ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards. Maintain full P&L responsibility for Canada.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a sales management role within medical devices
- Proven success in Emergency Medicine, ICU, OR, and Vascular Access sales environments
- Demonstrated skills in strategic selling, negotiation, and team leadership
- Experience working in a matrixed, fast-paced, and growth-oriented organization
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
- Valid driver's license
