Job Summary
Country Sales Leader for Switzerland responsible for overall business performance and revenue growth, leading sales across enterprise, commercial, partner ecosystem, consulting, cloud, and product-specialist organizations; developing the Switzerland country strategy, building executive relationships with CIOs/CTOs/CEOs and other decision-makers, driving a consultative, value-based sales culture, forecasting and pipeline governance, leading a high-performing sales and partner organization, expanding strategic partnerships, coordinating with Marketing and Services for integrated go-to-marketinitiatives, and representing Red Hat externally while promoting its culture and open innovation.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of leadership experience in enterprise technology sales with senior regional or country leadership responsibilities
- Proven track record of managing and growing an enterprise business within Switzerland or the broader EMEA region
- Strong understanding of enterprise software, hybrid cloud, AI, infrastructure, platform technologies, and partner-led go-to-market models
- Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles and engaging senior business and technology stakeholders
- Strong strategic thinking with ability to translate priorities into execution plans
- Proven forecasting accuracy, pipeline management, and operational rigor
- Fluent in English and German; French would be advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced business or technical degree preferred
