Job Summary
Country Program Manager for MAP2 leads the BASIN program in Cambodia, providing strategic leadership and overall management to advance inclusive market systems development, climate adaptation, gender equality, and economic resilience; coordinates with WV offices and external partners, oversees staff and budgets, represents the program to donors/governments/private sector, and ensures delivery of program outcomes across Cambodia while collaborating with Laos and Vietnam for regional learning.
Required Qualifications
- Bachler’s or Master’s degree in development studies, economics, agriculture, climate change, business administration, or related fields
- At least 5 years of experience in managing complex, multi-sector programs focused on agriculture, climate resilience, economic development, or gender equality
