Job Summary
Country People Partner Indonesia to join our head office in Jakarta as an expert advisor to People Leaders on complex employee and labor relations matters, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, and driving HR service quality. The role delivers guidance on transformations (footprint/restructuring), international mobility considerations, performance improvement plans, absence/sick leave management, disciplinary and grievance handling, investigations, and advisory support on rewards and policy alignment. This senior individual contributor collaborates with Country Leadership and external institutions to standardize People policies and practices, support nationalization efforts, and ensure legal compliance and employee well-being across the country.
