Required Qualifications
- 7+ years' experience in a role like Chief of Staff, Senior Project Manager, or Head/Lead of Operations
- Strong hands-on mentality and ability to build processes in a fast-moving environment
- Operational and strategic acumen including governance cadences and performance tracking
- Proven project and stakeholder management experience, fintech product launch exposure preferred
- Native-level German and fluent English communication skills
