Job Summary
Country Manager for Wolt Market in Cyprus; responsible for the full P&L, defining local commercial strategy (assortment, pricing, promotions, supplier partnerships), leading the local organization across commercial, operations and supply chain, building a high-performing team, and translating regional/global initiatives into local action plans. Drives growth, profitability, operational excellence, KPI governance, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver scalable, sustainable business results while ensuring regulatory compliance and data-driven decision making.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience in general management, commercial leadership, or market leadership roles with proven PnL ownership.
- Extensive experience in retail, grocery, e-commerce, or other multi site operating environments.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation experience with suppliers and external partners.
- Proven leadership experience, including building and developing high performing teams.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable decisions.
- Experience operating in a matrix organization and collaborating across multiple functional stakeholders.
- Ability to think strategically while maintaining strong operational focus and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent skills in G Suite or MS Office, especially Excel.
- Full professional proficiency in English.
