Job Summary
Plan major account relationships and meet sales targets across the full product line. Organize customized customer seminars and coordinate targeted marketing activities to uncover customer needs and close deals. Proactively align internal stakeholders and relevant organizational functions to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. Establish strong client relationships for continuity and ongoing representation reinforced by sales support and delivery programs. Participate with key account managers and sales management to develop national and global sales strategies, identify target accounts, and monitor competitive activity to formulate response strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Plans how to establish and maintain major account relationships
- Meet personal sales targets within the full line of products or combination of products
- Organise customized customer seminars
- Coordinate applicable targeted marketing activities
- Able to uncover the crucial needs and requirements of the customer
- Link customer needs to relevant Nutreco solutions and products
- Closing deals
- Proactively align (demands and expectations) the internal organization and all relevant stakeholders
- Achieve maximum customer satisfaction
- Establishes and builds strong client relationships over time
- Ensure continuity and ongoing representation
- Reinforce sales support/delivery programs
- Communicate to other relevant organizational functions/divisions
- Participate with other key account managers and sales management
- Develop sales strategies for national/global accounts
- Help identify target accounts and opportunities
- Work within the framework of the organization-wide strategy
- Monitor competitive activity in each account
- Formulate appropriate response strategies
