Job Summary
Oversee all operations within the country by preparing annual budgets, creating detailed business operating plans, and managing profit, revenue, cash, and quality targets. Produce monthly or quarterly business performance reports while recruiting, mentoring, and training staff. Maintain daily client contact to drive business growth and ensure sustainability through strong networking and communication skills. Requires fluent English and Arabic, over 15 years of experience, and operational/financial qualifications. Full-time role based in Baghdad, Iraq.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's and Master's degree
- over 15 years of professional experience
- Fluent in English & Arabic
