Job Summary
Lead and manage Razer Merchant Services operations in Taiwan, driving market growth, partnerships, and operational excellence; oversee country team (sales, business development, operations, compliance), secure merchant partnerships, ensure payment platform efficiency and regulatory compliance, monitor market trends, manage budgeting/forecasting, and represent the business to regulators and financial institutions; requires a senior-level leader with deep knowledge of Taiwan's payments landscape, strong cross-cultural leadership, and fluency in Mandarin and English.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in the payment processing, fintech, or e-commerce industry
- 3-5 years in a leadership or country management role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent business development & negotiation skills
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
