Job Summary
Country Manager Poland (m/f/d) for DW OIL Polska overseeing and controlling local operations on-site in Międzyrzec Podlaski. Responsibilities include full operational management, daily on-site presence, execution and control of commercial and operational activities, supervision of sales and trading, monitoring contracts, pricing and negotiations with customers and suppliers, ensuring operational, financial and organizational control, identifying business opportunities, and direct reporting to the company owner.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in business operations, trading, or management
- Experience in chemical, petrochemical, or raw materials trading preferred
- Strong leadership, organizational, and commercial skills
- High level of responsibility, reliability, and loyalty
- Fluent Polish, Russian and English required
- German is an advantage
- Ability to work on-site daily in Międzyrzec Podlaski
- Strong understanding of the Polish market
