Country Manager Perú

Define and execute the commercial and operational strategy for the country aligned with corporate objectives. Represent the company before clients, authorities, and regulatory entities, specifically managing registration records and ensuring compliance with SENASA norms. Supervise import processes, logistics, and the nationalization of goods while administering the P&L, budgets, cash flow, and financial reports. Drive sales, manage key accounts, and identify new business opportunities, including coordinating allied contracts and ensuring their applicability. Requires 8–10 years of managerial experience in the Peruvian market within the animal nutrition or ingredients sectors, with advanced English proficiency. Based in Lima, Peru, in a full-time on-site role.
