Job Summary
Lead a high-performing regional team managing all Norway operations for Lifting Solutions and Energy Solutions, fostering collaboration and operational excellence. Accountable for P&L performance, client relationship maintenance, and the successful delivery of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction across assigned contracts. Develop new and existing client relationships while preparing annual budgets in BFT and creating business cases for CAPEX. Actively participate in tendering processes that satisfy internal governance and commercial requirements. This senior pivotal role reports to the Regional VP in the UK and includes direct reports for office, projects, and workshop staff.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a Regional Manager role within an Oil/Gas/Energy organisation
- Previous responsibility for Profit and Loss (P&L)
- Experience in people management
- Demonstrable experience where you have created improvements within an organisation
- A strong understanding of commercial cost awareness
- Be business development minded
- An existing key customer network
Desired Qualifications
- Ideally a proven technical background in either Lifting Solutions or Energy Solutions as stated above
