Job Summary
Country Manager for MAG45 in Modřice (Czech Republic) with P&L responsibility. You will run local operations at the MAG45 hub and on customer sites, coach the MAG45 team to operational excellence, and act as the champion for operational improvements. You will lead project management to implement and expand MAG45 services, collaborate with the Commercial team at HQ, and drive change by introducing the customer to MAG45’s new ways of working. You will also handle account management, maintaining client satisfaction and expanding to new sites in key accounts, in close alignment with Key Account Managers. The ideal candidate has university-level education, 4-7 years of international experience with supply chain and process management, experience in multidisciplinary and multinational environments, fluent English, and a proven track record of stakeholder and project-team management.
