Job Summary
Country Manager (m/w/d) for Gusti Leder, full-time and remote, focusing on regions including the Nordics, Poland and European Expansion, Western & Southern Europe, the Anglosphere & Japan. Responsibilities include competitor and margin research; site-search optimization and merchandising on Shopify; funnel and checkout analysis and collaboration with the dev team for improvements; frontend/UX tweaks to banners, landing pages, and local review widgets; local partnerships and influencer scouting; localization and copy updates using Helium 10 and Shopify apps. Requires strong Shopify skills, experience with site-search/SEO/analytics tools, and proactive, transparent communication. Required Qualifications
- Shopify Plus experience
- Shopify translation apps experience (bonus)
- Search, keyword and reporting tools experience
- Smart use of AI to speed up workflows
- Prior experience with target markets (Nice to have, not required)
