Job Summary
Country Manager based in Lombardia (Milan) to lead and expand the Italian subsidiary. Define and execute the commercial strategy in Italy, drive sales growth in the security and electrical channels, and develop the residential market (new construction and retrofit). Build and maintain relationships with distributors and key system integrators; align with global HQ and international teams; monitor market trends and identify new opportunities; oversee operational performance of the subsidiary. Must have proven security/intercom/access control experience, residential market development, and solid commercial/business development background. Strong leadership, experience in international/multicultural environments, and ability to analyze data and report findings. Fluent in English and Italian; travel domestically and internationally.
