Job Summary
Develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy to grow market share and revenue in the FX & CFDs brokerage industry. Lead and manage a team of Business Development Managers, overseeing marketing initiatives, client acquisition, and retention strategies. Execute tailored marketing campaigns and promotional activities while managing the profit and loss to ensure revenue targets and budget goals are met. Identify new partnerships and local alliances to enhance brand visibility, ensuring compliance with local regulatory requirements. Represent the company at industry events and media engagements to build awareness, providing regular reports on market trends and performance metrics. Requires three years of business development experience in FX & CFDs and two years managing BDMs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of business development experience in the FX & CFDs industry
- At least 2 years of experience managing a team of BDMs and overseeing marketing strategies
- Strong knowledge of financial markets, trading platforms, and brokerage operations
- Proven expertise in P&L management, strategic planning, and market expansion
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a strong business acumen
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and marketing analytics tools
