Job Summary
Steer and develop the tender business for the German generic market, identifying profitable niches and designing sales channel architecture across hospitals, wholesalers, and online pharmacies. Manage active stakeholder relationships with key buyers and shape the company's positioning against statutory health insurance and industry associations. Actively contribute to portfolio strategy, balancing local market demands with European corporate logic while overseeing operational tender execution through a strong team foundation. Report directly to the European executive team with full P&L responsibility for Germany, leveraging strategic control rather than hands-on operational work. Travel regularly to Frankfurt while working remotely across Germany.
Required Qualifications
- Mehrjährige strategische Commercial-Erfahrung im deutschen Generikamarkt
- Tiefes strategisches Verständnis des Krankenkassen-Tendergeschäfts, sowohl in der Marktmechanik als auch in der Portfolio-Logik
- Erfahrung in relevanten Vertriebskanälen: Klinik, Großhandel, Versandhandel, Apotheke
- Track Record in Margenoptimierung statt Bruttoumsatz-Maximierung
- Mindset eines Unternehmers im Unternehmen
- Verantwortung: P&L Deutschland, kompaktes lokales Team, direkter Berichtsweg an die europäische Geschäftsführung
- Strategischer Fokus: Steuerung und Entwicklung des Tendergeschäfts, Identifikation profitabler Nischen, Gestaltung der Architektur der Vertriebskanäle entlang Klinik, Großhandel und Versandhandel
- Stakeholder-Management: Aktives Beziehungsmanagement zu Großhandel, Klinikeinkauf und Versandhandel-Partnern, Gestaltung der deutschen Branchenpositionierung gegenüber GKV und Verbänden
- Portfolio-Mitsprache: Aktive Mitarbeit an der Portfolio-Strategie für den deutschen Markt
- Standort: Remote Deutschlandweit, regelmäßige Reisen nach Frankfurt
