Job Summary
The Country Manager for Zinpro in France is responsible for leading and executing the company's commercial strategy for the Monogastric & Ruminant business. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing sales and market strategies, engaging with customers and distributors, and managing key accounts. The role requires identifying market opportunities and achieving sales objectives within budget while ensuring strong customer relationships and technical sales support. A Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least five years of experience in the animal nutrition sector are required, alongside strong communication skills and full professional fluency in English. The position is full-time with expected travel within France.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Agronomic engineering, Agriculture, Animal Science, Veterinary Science, or related field.
- Five or more years of related experience in animal Nutrition sector.
- Full professional fluency in English is required.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience managing customer networks and supporting technical and commercial needs within the animal nutrition and production industries.
- Proven ability to execute technical sales and marketing activities, applying sound judgment, creativity, and autonomy to achieve goals.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to present complex technical information and interact effectively at all organizational levels.
- Comfortable working in a mid‐sized company environment; proficient with Microsoft Office and internet‐based tools.
