Job Summary

Country Manager – Zambia leads the Customer Center and is accountable for delivering profitable growth, stabilizing and developing the organization, and realizing the full market potential across divisions. The role focuses on growth above market levels, market and customer share expansion, profitability through price discipline and cost efficiency, and building a high-performing, agile organization to position Epiroc Zambia as a market and technology leader. Responsibilities span safety and sustainability, leadership and people, growth and commercial excellence, innovation and technology, operational excellence, and business transformation. The position requires senior leadership experience, P&L ownership, and strong cross-functional team leadership in an industrial/mining context, with strong English proficiency.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Finance, or a related field (MBA/Master’s will be an added advantage)
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in senior leadership/general management within industrial, mining, equipment, or services environments
  • Demonstrated P&L ownership and experience driving profitable growth (sales + aftermarket/service)
  • Strong understanding of SHEQ leadership and compliance expectations in a high-risk operational environment
  • Experience leading multi-site operations and cross-functional teams (sales, service, supply chain, finance, HR)
  • Strong English proficiency (written and spoken)
