Job Summary
Lead inDrive's country operations in Colombia, owning end-to-end ride-hailing operations. Set the direction for the country, drive growth and cross-functional execution, act as the face of the company, monitor KPIs, negotiate and cultivate partnerships, scale product features to improve metrics, and develop local talent while navigating regulatory requirements in the Colombian market.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in ride-hailing, mobility tech, or consumer apps
- C1-C2 English proficiency
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Proven ability to develop market strategy, execute growth plans, and adapt quickly to competitive dynamics
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, track KPIs, and make informed business decisions
- Experience managing government relations and navigating complex regulatory frameworks
- Leadership experience building and motivating high-performing local teams
- Hands-on operational mindset with ability to solve problems and drive results in a fast-paced environment
