Job Summary
UK Country HR Partner focusing on the UK market within a global, matrixed organization. Partner with Global HR Business Partners to execute local HR strategies, coach leaders through performance challenges, and ensure compliance with UK employment law. Lead employee relations investigations and policy compliance, guide compensation cycles and total rewards communications, drive employee engagement and culture/inclusion initiatives, and support talent planning, organisational design, and career development across the UK (and broader EMEA). Strong emphasis on business partnering, leadership development, and translating business priorities into practical talent actions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (CIPD qualification advantageous)
- Demonstrable progressive HR experience with a strong focus on business partnering, employee relations, and talent management
- Experience managing complex employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, and settlement processes
- Proven track record coaching and developing managers to build their leadership capabilities
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business priorities into practical talent actions
- Solid understanding of UK employment law, including unfair dismissal, redundancy, TUPE, and working time regulations
- Familiarity with ACAS guidance and experience managing processes in line with the ACAS Code of Practice
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
