Country Head Of Operations

Lead and manage the Country Operations function across product lines and asset classes in line with regulatory requirements, market rules, directives, policies and deadlines to achieve defined targets and quality standards and minimise risk whilst maintaining a positive client experience. Formulate, communicate, collaborate, integrate and drive the Operations plans and execution roadmap for the Country, coordinating the efforts of the different operational areas under management, and measure delivery against plan to achieve Operations goals and deliverables. Represent all Operations Functions at the Country Executive committee and provide input into reporting and thought leadership required to support the Business Units. Establish relationships with internal stakeholders and the broader external market to manage and resolve issues, meet client expectations and regulatory requirements. Monitor dashboards and review SLA adherence, identify process improvements and opportunities to enhance controls and operational effectiveness. Create and control budgets, consider digitization opportunities, and provide sponsorship for new technology deployments. Ensure consistent application of controls, policies and procedures to mitigate risk and comply with changing risk landscapes.
