Country Finance Supervisor

Junior Finance Supervisor at UPS responsible for cost analysis, bid models, and financial forecasting; analyze financial statements, identify trends, and provide insights for decision-making; manage processes to ensure accuracy and compliance; organize workflows and improve financial procedures; collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and Treasury teams at local and regional levels; participate in coordination of treasury operations; budget analysis including budgets and forecasts with variance analysis; monitor KPI for operational and financial indicators; training and professional growth supported; requires a Bachelor’s degree in Economics/Finance, fluent Spanish and professional-level English, advanced Excel, and Power BI; strong problem-solving, proactive mindset, leadership and teamwork skills; role includes one remote work day per week and a global, diverse work environment.
