Job Summary
Lead facilities operations across India as the senior-most facilities role, managing multi-site operations, budgets, vendor performance, SLAs, and ensuring safe, compliant, and high-performing workplace environments aligned with global standards. Partner with business leaders to deliver scalable services, standardise processes, foster inclusive culture, and improve employee experience. Requires Bachelor's degree (or equivalent), 7+ years in facilities management, strong vendor management and financial acumen, English fluency, and willingness to travel domestically.
