Job Summary
Country Controller for Thailand, leading finance partner to operations and manufacturing, owning monthly close, balance sheet reconciliations, and management reporting; manage statutory reporting under TFRS, corporate tax, VAT, and Revenue Department filings; liaise with external auditors and ensure clean audit outcomes; execute and continuously improve SOX controls; partner with local operations on cost controls, expense management, and working capital; manage payroll compliance, withholding tax, and local regulatory filings; coordinate with Group Tax on transfer pricing and intercompany matters; drive process standardization and automation across the local finance team; role requires CPA (Thailand/US/ACCA or equivalent), 7-10 years of finance/accounting experience, SOX experience, Thai accounting standards knowledge, and strong English proficiency; preferred experience in technology/hardware/semiconductor/FMCG, manufacturing cost accounting, and US multinational controller experience.
Required Qualifications
- CPA (Thailand CPA, US CPA, ACCA, or equivalent)
- 7-10 years of progressive finance and accounting experience
- SOX experience — hands-on execution and documentation
- Strong Thai accounting standards, tax, and regulatory knowledge
- English language proficiency — written and verbal
