Job Summary
Country Club Facilities/Janitorial Manager at Castlewood Country Club in Pleasanton, CA. Responsible for overseeing facility maintenance (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repairs), supervising janitorial staff, developing cleaning schedules, managing cleaning supplies and equipment inventory, and maintaining budgets and expenditures. Ensures compliance with safety regulations and club policies, conducts inspections, coordinates with vendors for maintenance and repair services, and leads larger maintenance/renovation projects. Requires AA degree or equivalent experience, strong leadership, organizational and communication skills, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Required Qualifications
- Associates degree or two to three years related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in facilities management and janitorial operations
- Previous management experience in facilities management and janitorial operations
- Knowledge of facility maintenance procedures, cleaning techniques, and supplies
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency in budget management and financial analysis
- Understanding of safety regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
