Job Summary
Translate business requirements into technological solutions by proactively identifying complex problems that benefit from analytical applications. Monitor and optimize portfolio delivery performance while assessing metrics based on internal and external data to drive short-term outcomes. Serve as the primary contact for portfolio analytics questions, fostering data literacy across teams to build a culture of trust and transparency. Lead or co-lead cross-functional teams to deliver analytical solutions that address specific business problems, ensuring operational analytics are effectively utilized to support decision-making. Operate with minimal oversight to independently generate insights from imperfect datasets and adapt to modern tools including AI agents. This fixed-term role within Roche Pharma Product Development Global Clinical Operations supports the ambition to deliver transformative medicines by 2029. The position requires a hybrid work model with an average of two days in the Warsaw office per week, concluding on October 31, 2027.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Life Sciences, Education, Business)
- 7+ years of work experience with a Bachelor's
- 5+ years with a Master's
- 3+ years with a PhD/JD
- in-depth understanding of clinical operations and the drug development process
- knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices
- solid grasp of Roche's data architecture, including databases and analytics platforms
- ability to independently generate insights from imperfect datasets that meet business needs
- experience working across multiple cultures and countries with a strong appreciation for diversity and inclusion
- persuasive written and verbal communication skills
- ability to operate with minimal oversight
- ability to take initiative when opportunities arise and make decisions with minimal guidance
- willingness to adapt to new tools, techniques, and methodologies
