Job Summary
The Country Accounting Manager will manage the company’s accounting operations in compliance with local legislation and Group Accounting Policies, ensuring accurate financial reporting and minimizing financial risks. Responsibilities include overseeing internal controls, executing month-end closing activities, preparing local statutory financial statements, and coordinating auditing processes. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree, strong financial analysis skills, and proficiency in SAP. A proactive mindset and advanced organization skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from relevant university programs
- Minimum 5 years of experience in international audit companies and accounting or finance management roles
- Excellent command of English (spoken & written)
- Strong financial and data analysis skills
- Proficiency in SAP and MS Office
- Advanced time management and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused mindset
Desired Qualifications
- Experience dealing with Shared Service Centers
- Basic knowledge of PCAOB environment
