Countroom Clerk I

Provide superior guest service and maintain casino asset integrity while counting money and chips from the gaming floor. Ensure accurate documentation, operate equipment for transporting/counting funds, assist with maintaining a spotless casino floor, be knowledgeable about casino events/promotions, and handle routine guest complaints with discretion. Maintain flexibility to work late nights, weekends, and holidays, and follow regulatory, departmental, and company policies. Perform related duties as assigned by management.
