Job Summary
Hybrid role combining customer-facing sales support with project coordination and order fulfillment to help turn customer inquiries into installed countertops while ensuring projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards. Key duties include greeting customers (in-person, phone, and email), qualifying leads, scheduling showroom appointments, assisting with material/color selections, quoting & estimating, taking measurements (or coordinating with install teams), creating proposals, expediting orders by coordinating with production, managing job files, communicating updates to customers, resolving issues promptly, maintaining showroom presentation, handling administrative tasks, performing quality checks, and gathering customer feedback. Requires 1+ years in sales, customer service, or project coordination, strong attention to detail and organizational skills, familiarity with MAC and CRM/job-tracking software, ability to read basic blueprints/drawings (a plus), and a valid driver’s license with occasional local travel for measurements or site visits.
