Job Summary
Hybrid Countertop Sales Assistant / Expeditor to support sales and operations. Responsibilities include greeting customers in-person/phone/email, qualifying leads, scheduling showroom appointments, assisting with material/color selections, preparing quotes, taking measurements or coordinating with install teams, scheduling countertop measures, coordinating with production to maintain timelines, managing job files, communicating updates to customers, ensuring documentation is complete, maintaining a clean showroom, processing paperwork, updating job management systems, handling inquiries, and supporting QA checks before and after installation. Experience in sales, customer service, or project coordination is preferred; familiarity with basic blueprints/drawings and CRM/job tracking software is a plus. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally for measurements or site visits may be required. Required Qualifications
- Experience:1+ years in sales, customer service, or project coordination (home improvement, kitchen/bath, countertops, cabinetry, or building materials preferred)
